Re: What to Wear in February 8 years ago We arrive Feb 2, and leave on the 21st. :-) We visited this year in February to, though a little later from 14 to March 1st And the weather was nice, and by nice i mean shorts and Tees all day. And pants and tees in the evening, we brought a sweater for evenings, but rarely used them. Some days was really warm to us. Not being used to very warm weather it was perfect. We even drove to the gulf coast and swam in the gulf of Mexico and though the water was nice and warm. Although I know locals did not think so:-). We arrived in light jackets, but never once used them during our stay! Now, this years February was warm according to the locals, so what Kooka says is true, pack for using layers, so you can take off/put on if it gets warm or iffy. I know it is going to be a lot warmer than Canada, UK or Norway, that time of year. See ya all in the sun:-)
